Hello CF Friends and supporters!  We are a little less then two months way from the big hike and we still have a lot of conditioning to do, so we are heading up to the Shenandoah Valley tomorrow to hit the trails once again!  We are still along way from our fundraising goal, so please find it in your hearts to sponsor us!  Any donate no matter how small or large makes a difference in someone's life with CF!  Photos to follow on Sunday!
